I think "if" I were able to held a heavy dumbbell, it would probably be close to my zercher squat level, or maybe 55 to 50% of my back squat.

Whereas my zercher squat is heavier than my back squat...of course, that could be because I have done very few back squats in comparison to the zercher squats.
My goblet squat, possibly for the same reason, may be a tad over 50% of my back squat.
