Thursday Solid Workout
Felt pretty strong tonight, shoulders were still a little sore from monday but hit the number I was hoping to hit.

I find that when I use heavy weights on ohp my form tends to get pretty ugly. I was able to hold it together tonight.

Solid workout today. Nothing special, but I think the OHP numbers are moving up slowly. Looking to hit some big weights with sets of 3.
Saturday is going to be another fun workout. Doing reverse band squats with the group at the gym. I am looking to put a lot of weight on my back!!
