Workout Session #12 - 1/25/12
A quick day, had to be somewhere at a certain time. But I did some bit of running without messive pains in the shin or knees. Just 1/4 mile jogs, then back to walking. I'm going to ease myself, until I get back to where I was before, running miles at a time with a problem.
Cardio
Treadmill mix / walk & run @ 3.5-6.2mph - 2.72 miles - 37 minutes
Feeling better, except for hunger pains. But I'm getting used to them.. Weight still moving down, lots of aminos every day, so not worried about muscle wasting. Plus I work the circuit machines every few days to keep them active until I get back to the real weight room..
