Was a little apprehensive about today as it has been a few weeks since I have done any dead lifts. Gotter done and some!
Deads - 300 x 6 a new
PR brings my calculated 1rm up over 360, I have nearly reached my 5/3/1 goal, my short term goal was to do 300+ for reps. Next week I will beat that!
Overall a good day. Pray for my wife. She had the mammogram pics done on Monday. They called her to come back today to take some more. Either a.) they messed up the first or b.) there is something suspicious they want a better look at. Either way, pray it goes well.
