Bench Press: 225lbs x5, 255lbs x3, 275lbs x1, 295lbs x1, 305lbs x1, 315lbs x1.
Clean and Press: 135lbs x5, 155lbs x5, 185lbs x3, 205lbs x1, 215lbs x1, 225lbs x1.
BB Shrugs: 315lbs x5, 405lbs x5, 495lbs x3, 585lbs x1, 635lbs x1 (Got bitched at cause I used all the 45lb plates lol).
Dips: 4x10
DB Bench: 2 100lbs DB 5x5.
