I like Concret Creatine. It actually dissolves in water and I can tell a difference in my training session when I take it. You only take it on days you train too. Not every day. Drawback is that it is expensive.
When I use to take Creatine Monohydrate I couldn't tell any difference when I was taking it. Maybe 'cause I eat alot of red meat????
