The lows of a bad session only serve to make the highs of a great session even better. Regarding the press, what is your single rep max? I've noticed that you have tried 185 twice and not made it. I would suggest hitting 165 first, then 175 for confidence. 185 is then likely to fly up. Also, don't be afraid to use 5 pound increases instead of 10 as things get tougher on the big lifts. Progession is key as it keeps you motivated.
