Rough session. You know how they say you've gained too much weight when your Deadlift starts to feel tough. They're right. I'm sitting at around 97kg now, which is far too much for my frame, at this level of muscle anyway. I need to slim back down to the 90kg range. Anyway, last time I did these I pulled 220 for 5 singles, so today wasn't too bad.
Partial Squats were cool, I did 300 last time from 7th hole down. This was around 2-3 inches lower, makes a difference!
