Yes really...
After starting and stopping so many times its unreal, having this plan for that goal and that plan for this goal. I have finally realised I just like lifting weights!
Would i like to be powerlifter strong? Yes! but do i lack the discipline and motivation to do it? Yes! Am I too vain to gain the weight necessary? Yes!
Would I like to be in Natural Pro shape? Yes! Do i lack the discipline for this too? Yes! Can i diet as I am supposed to and be that dedicated? Yes!
So what do i do? Well i have decided I am never gonna be powerlifter strong or body builder built, but you knwo what thats fine! MAB are a comunity of people who just like lifting weights, so thats what Im gonna do. Im gonna try and run a couple of times a week as I like the thought of being relitively fit, and I am gonna lift some weights and keep the strength and size that I have, anything else will be a bonus.
I am 37 years ol, I amprobably about as strong as I have ever been and as strong as most 20 somethings which is OK. Im not fat, Im not massively built, but I am in good shape. if i can stay here for the next 20 years or so then you know what I think I'll be happy.
That being said i have had the best results when doing the Reeves and whilst i dont want to go back on to a full on 'program' i will use some of the ideas of that in the routines that i will do... first session some push stuff....
