Buckeye inspired volume chart
So, I built this chart because I was using the buckeye chart for volume deadlifting & squatting and it stops at 500. This is very similar, though not exactly the same as the buckeye scheme, but it's doing the math for you and it's already carried out to over 1000 lbs. Also, if you print it the header "1RM 8 6 4 3 2 1 4" repeat at the top of each page. Please feel free to use
