One of the issues we talk about with the difference between bodybuilding program design is AAS vs. clean. Powerlifters rarely talk about powerlifting approached from AAS vs. clean.

This is one of the reasons I disagree with Wendler's philosophy of "don't mess with this."

Most intermediate naturals have to slice and dice most programs under the sun to make them more efficient. Wendler's, Westside, Sheiko, etc., weren't exactly designed for the 180 pound natural.
