Way to Help MAB Grow #12:

Understand what MAB "is."

MAB is not just a powerlifting/strength training or classic lifting site. MAB is also a site for bodybuilding, recreational lifting, general fitness and conditioning, kettlebells, etc.

Sometimes bodybuilders come here and misunderstand the advice given. MAB is not anti-bodybuilding, anti-split, or anti-anything else.

MAB DOES aim to provide beginners with reasonable starter workouts, but I do not want bodybuilders or recreational lifters to misunderstand this advice and interpret it as meaning splits are useless, or anything else along these lines. This is nonsense.

MAB respects all goals and lifters. We understand that not everyone trains to become a competitive powerlifter or bodybuilder. We also respect intermediate and advanced lifters - if you know how to build muscle or add strength, no one here is going to tell you how to train unless you ask for advice on refining your program.

With that said, if you don't know how to build muscle and strength, you are going to be taught the fundamentals.

We need more experienced bodybuilders at MAB. Ne need their dieting experience, and we need to be able to learn from one another so that we learn as men and can all better equip younger trainees.
