I am surely paying the price for this big set today!! My low back is crazy sore and so are the hammies and the quads are feeling it too. I think tomorrow may be worse.
But did that stop me from training today, no!!!

These felt pretty good once I got loosened up. I think doing cleans with my new bar is really going to help my grip a lot. The bar is a little thicker and the knurling is not that serious. It is a good bar though, very solid.
Tomorrow will be overhead presses!
