Thursday: Squat/Deadlift DE
Dynamic Squat: 255x8x2
Speed Pulls: 295x8x1
after the two exercises I was done. My body felt fatigued so I ended my workout on a good note.
Friday: Bench DE
185x3x9 sets used three different grip positions
DB Shoulder Press
Dumbbell Lateral Raises
Dumbbell Bicep CUrls
Friday workout become to be a good one. I've been having to workout late at night because work has been getting busy.
