Been a productive couple of weeks.
Been a whirlwind with getting a new position(now the head trainer at the fitness center I work at), studying for more certifications, and xmas shopping.
Highlights of the past week:
Squat: 225x5
Bench: 225x5
Deadlift: 135x10x3
Feeling good, still easing back into. Going to give it 4-6 more weeks before I try for any max attempts.
