The first number is a little high for me, but I definitely have experience with the second two. I always find it funny that when I feel kind of 'Blah', I'll have an excellent workout. I have come to believe it's because it creates a mood of calm focus, which I find to work better than getting "hyped-up" for a workout.
Which brings up another point...
I always hated super heros that needed a special ammulet or had to ingest a secret formula to realize their special powers. They were worthless when caught without their secret stuff. Think about that the next time you take that pre-workout formula.
