There is a lot of stuff in my gym bag. Most of which gets used:
- notepads and pen
- deep heat
- iPod nano (clips on to your shirt)
- change
- nose tork smelling salts
- adipower squat shoes
- converse high tops
- lifting leotard
- 13mm Crain weightlifting belt
- bag containing my resistance bands
- another bag containing wrist wraps, straps, knee wraps and talcum powder
- fat Gripz
- chalk
Oh and in the boot of my car I have benching boards; 1, 2 and 3.
