That was enough for me today, I'm amazed at how easy some of these felt and went in thinking that 145kg would be a struggle. My highest ever predicted 1RM is 145kg and highest single was 135kg. Overall, today was unbelievable and it was fun to keeping stacking the plates on. Maybe had some more in me but not after 6 attempts.
This brings me to a 475kg/1047lbs at 90kg/198.4lbs, so officially in the 1000lb club. It also brings me massively closer to a long term goal, which I expected to be much further off, of a 500kg total.
