well today was supposed to be leg part 2 for the week, but due to my injury im laying off the weights for a few days or so....
so instead of legs i did a 60 min cardio session that consisted of 60 mins of varied intensity cardio-
15 mins on stationary bike-- heart rate -150ish
5 mins brisk walking around track in gym
15 mins hill climbing on tread mill-- went from 7* incline to 14* incline- heart rate @ 135-140ish
5 mins brisk walking around track in gym
20 mins running on treadmill- starting @ 6mph and ending at 8.5 mph- heart rate maxed out 170ish
Diet
shake, oats, and creatine
tuna w/pickles and brown rice
lean beef roast and rice--- very good- wife made it
PWO shake and dextrose
venison chili
shake and oats before bed
2 slin sanes---- sweating like a pig throughout whole session
