Their message is unclear and their movement, chaotic. Past that, if their quarrels are with the bail outs, why not protest the entities which drafted and passed the bailouts - Washington.
If their issue is with foreclosures, protest those who pressed banks into offering/allowing sub-prime loans and mortgages - Washington/Fannie-Freddie.
If the issue is with billionaires paying small taxes, protest those who regulate tax code and allow for giant loopholes - Washington.
Lets also remember the bailouts (tarp) and those specific to the banks (CPP) have been repaid and for CPP specifically, the US walked away with a profit.
Businesses giving away their own money to employees seems to be an issue, yet there is little Occupy outrage over the mess that is Fannie and Freddie (bailout after bailout, large bonuses for CEO, etc.) or the US gov't piss poor record in controlling spending.
