Week1- Workout 4- super light
JUST SOME SHIT I DID IN GYM CLASS (WAS FORCED TO DO)
-40 pushups feet on ball
-40 tricep wall push ups
-40 lower ab work
-60 ball crunches
THIS WAS GAY, but im tired and its my bday so im just eating tonight!
Tomorrow i finally get to squat (and bench)!, but all this lack of heavy squats/deads has helped my low back feel 100% (never hurt, just sore)
