I wasn't feeling amazing today so I decided not to abandon the 5/3/1 sets and they seemed to pick my bench up some so went for the singles. Didn't really know how to play it as I had no idea where my 1RM was so started with the +5kg. It flew up and I felt really good by this point so decided on quite a big jump to 120kg. I asked the same guy to spot and I was confident I was going to get it even though it was a hard push but I'm pretty certain he touched the bar once it slowed down so I'm not counting it, pretty p*ssed at that. Only remembered to film the 120kg so no PB footage. I'll make up for this on Fridays squats.
