I have pretty bad flexibility but I just kind of fight through the pain, it does not feel good or comfortable but I just fight through it. Make sure you are doing everything correct, I think you should be able to do the bear. Holding the bar olympic style is painful.

it just hurts like hell. i can tough it out for cleans, but with front squats and cant just squat because im focusing on that and it fucks it up.
if i was not at home and at the gym where dropping weights wouldnt crack my floor/weights, it'd be a story
im working on it, which is why i did HC's. I also will start to stretch wrists
