Week 1-Workout 3- Another gay light day
WORKOUT
Did the bear for 1 set than realized i cant do shit with my lack of wrist flexibility so i did hang cleans
Hang Cleans- 65x3, 75x3, 95x3, 115x3, 125x1, 135x1, 140x1PR, 150x1PR, 135x1, 125x2, 115x2, 95x6(10 sec break between)
NOTES
-hang clean form sucks, but i still muscled up a big PR (as weak as that it)
