Was overmoon with the 200kg, looking back at the video though I'm not completely happy, poor lockout, if you even class it as locked out, and not the best form. Still, I wanted 4pps and managed it as a warm up. This last month has been a huge boost in confidence and I seem to be lifting far more than I thought I was capable of. LIGHTWEIGHT BABY!
