Today was my first light day on C&P, but it was just as difficult as the heavy day.
Did a 25-30 minute circuit, of
BB Curls 10-15 reps x 60,70,80
Tricep Pushdown (various handles) x 100,110,120, 130
Abs either decline situps or roman chair leg raises-changed each set
I would do these three exercises as a circuit and then take 20-40 seconds rest and go after it again, I did not count the sets but it was a ton. By the end of this routine I was soaked with sweat and my arms were on fire. I varied the weights on each set depending on how I was feeling at that moment.
Tomorrow will be heavy deadlifts and heavy OHP, I do not think I am going to do a squat movement because I know deadlifts are really going to take it out of me, but I may do a wierd squat variation that is not too heavy, like single leg something.
