Default Giant Cambered Bar Substitute

Here is what the bar looks like in action:


The bar swings forwards as you come out of the hole which works your upper back VERY hard. This should be good for keeping your arch on squats but will also improve your deadlift.

My problem is that I want to use one but don't have one at the gym and don't fancy forking out for one either. Question is do you think that I could rig something up with my slightly cambered bar by hanging weights from bands like a giant version of this:


Or does anyone else have any other ideas?
