Couldn't take it any longer, had to do something today. Officially one more week before I try to do my usually exercises, but had to do SOMETHING today, so decided to try some machines out.
Machine Incline Chest Press: 4x15,15,12,10
Pec-Deck: 3x10
Machine Preacher Curl: 4x12
Chest Supported Row: 2x10
TRX Rows: 2x15
Probably gonna do light stuff like this next week as well, then get back to normal routines once I'm "cleared"
