Got a good pump going today, burning in the shoulders. Pretty happy with this workout, I am going to squat on Sunday, looking for some huge numbers there too!! Overall great workout. Even though I am reading the C&P book, I am still liking the jugg method. But I miss doing heavy singles every day. We will see what kind of results the jugg method brings
