If it is a migraine, you will just have to ride it out; even with meds for the pain, my migraines only stay "contained" until they run out of steam.
And, with headaches it's more about prevention than cure; if you can work out what has/is causing it, then you need to avoid those items. Sounds simple enough but unfortunately it's not, at least not for everyone and with headaches "one size" does NOT fit all.
And as Off Road suggested, see a doctor.
