Nice! I use it quite a lot. Great for pie crusts, desserts, muffins. I usually use Bob's Red Mill for it if I buy it pre-made, but lately I've been grinding raw almonds in the food processor for it.
If you use it for fried chicken, I would be sure the have the oil super hot and remove the chicken quickly, maybe finishing it in the oven as the almond meal tends to soak up lots of oil.
