Had a good session this morning and was able to hit it pretty hard. Shoulders were actually feeling really good today. Were feeling a little beat up lately.

Good workout today, really got me in the mood to eat. Today should be good for the bulking! Saturday I am going to be squatting and after that I may go check out some used equipment and see what this guy has got. Looks decent from the pics.
