incline felt strong and the pull ups were a nice addition. real happy to get 4 x 10 @ bw (although the last coupl on the last set were killers...
Then I did 20 mins of intervals on the treadmil..
5 mins warm up then 30 seconds sprint, 90 seconds fast walk x 10 rounds...
