Everything felt heavy today and I can't get my form right on squats. Got footage of the 3 heaviest sets, not the best angle but hopefully someone can give me some pointers. I can't seem to find a constant form, mainly with stance width and foot angle. I'm thinking of a change of program in the new year with a higher squat frequency and faster progression but I'll think about that closer to the end of December.
