alright cool.
lately i've been doing a shit load of vomume compared to when i was just doint 3 exerercises for 3 sets of 5.
ive been adding in heavy singles after my bench and ive added in light deadlift form work.
i havent experienced anything bad from that, except for a few days my lower back was VERY sore. Thats now gone and i feel pretty good. i think i will keep this up, until it starts to bite me in the ass.
