It's not often I miss/postpone workouts and its always because of coursework. I must admit I did quite enjoy going to the gym on a Saturday morning and not having to rush anywhere afterwards, I might have to consider that in the future.

I enjoy Saturday workouts for the same reason. Thought I was alone in this.
What style of good morning are you performing...a narrow stance, or more of a squat stance, powerlifting style?
