Yesterday morning didn't happen, I ended up in bed eating ice cream at 7am, stress does the craziest of things to me. It's not often I miss/postpone workouts and its always because of coursework. I must admit I did quite enjoy going to the gym on a Saturday morning and not having to rush anywhere afterwards, I might have to consider that in the future. It was quite an easy session with it being a lighter week but I thought I'd pull a few extra reps out on deadlift, had plenty left in me. I'm still trying to get used to goodmornings and stick to a solid form but they definitely hit the spot. After the rollouts I feel like I've been in a torture rack right now, I'm going to try from standing again soon, it was a very painful experience last time.
