Thanks both, pull-ups are finally getting stronger and the push press is feeling strong now I'm used to it

Upper body and especially shoulders haven't ached like this in a while, is a good feeling. No singles for this wave so its an easy 3x5 deadlift in the morning. Been a stressful week and yet more too come so I can see it being a short one tomorrow. Hopefully by the end of next week I'll be on top of work and I can prepare for a strong 5/3/1 wave.
