Notes: Wasn't feeling strong today, was planning on going for at least 8 reps on deadlift with 7 good ones. I know I shouldn't be complaining but still. Anyway powerclean felt much lighter than last week which really surprised me, maybe because I just did DL. Anderson Squats were much easier this week once I got into the flow of it.
