Worked with a friend of mine on getting a shake that he could handle. Anything milk related sends him to the hospital in anaphylactic shock. Forget the actual number of calories, but it was near 3000.
1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Peanut Putter
1/2 Cup Powdered Whole Egg
1/4 Cup Macadamia Nut Oil
1 Cup Almond "Milk"
2 Bananas
Ice
He "blew up" from a whopping 103 pounds to 111 in 2 months and was squatting 165 for 5 reps and deadlifting 235 last I saw him. Very little fat gain, really proud of him.
