I started using the low bar position in my last 5/3/1 cycle for my main sets. I am still finding it quite hard to adjust to but decided that I would use the low bar for all of my sets including assistance on this cycle. It's mainly my heavy sets that have been hard to adjust to low bar. Today my assistance sets felt really easy though compared to last cycle with the same weight but high bar.
Overall not a bad day but my head was elsewhere.
