Farmers Walk 75ft
Notes: Felt really good today, the day before I did nothing since I could barely walk. After a day of iceing and staying off my foot I was able to walk normal and put on a shoe. I recieved my creatine in the mail today so I used 5grams before workout and 5grams after. Had a great surge of energy, not sure if from creatine or day of rest.

Notes: Foot was feeling fine again today took 5 grams of creatine before workout none after. My foot started to hurt about the second sprint in, by the time it was over it was a little swolen. Its back to normal now, its weird squating doesn't bother it but running does.
