I'm a little late on this one, so I've made some modifications of which exercises I perform.
When I'm in good health I usually use the following:
Deadlifts
Pullups/Chins
Pullovers
Barbell Rows
Barbell Shrugs
Seated Cable Row
However, I'm currently using:
Lat Pulldown
Pullovers
DB Rows
Chest Supported Row/Cable Row
Seated DB Shrugs
Bodyweight Hyperextensions
