Underfeeding - 8 am until 5:30 pm
1 scoops of whey in about 20 ounces of water/coffee.
6 cheese whips.
6 pieces of jalapeno jack string cheese.
Night Eating - 5:30 pm until 9pm
5:30 pm - Egg, cheese and sausage omelet.
NOTES: Feeling amazing and strong. Can't really say anything more than that.
