I think there's nothing wrong with going for a jog, or a bike ride, or hiking, or a long walk. 6 days a week of 10 mile runs might be more where this is aiming at, but really not sure, I haven't read through all the sources, just the main article. I like getting my cardio in via strongman training and walking outdoors when its cool out. I take this more as affirmation that there's no good reason for me to pound me knees into dust by trying to run for an hour a day though.
