Day 3 - Jan. 6, 2010
Today was my Core day - Active Rest. I was a little sore today after working my quads and calves yesterday.
Push-ups: BWx4x15
Sit-ups: 40x1x60sec.
36x1x60sec.
30x2x60sec.
Chin-ups: BWx4x12
Leg Lifts: 4x12
Jump Squats: 4x20
I had 15 seconds of rest between each set.
Next week I am going to try and add 7-10% of my BW to each exercise.
