Today's morning bodyweight- 200.4

The first day back on EC stack was interesting. The lack of hunger was a crazy experience for someone who's normally always down for some food. My wife and I went to a retirement party where there was food set out, but I just ate a normal amount of food and then didn't touch any of it for the rest of the party. That's very odd for me. Normally I have a lot of trouble with food that's just laid out like that. It just calls my name and I can't think about anything else, but the EC stack changes all of that.

I've got a pull day planned today in the gym today. It's going to be intense.
