Today's post-fast bodyweight- 201.8

I'm still going to stick with my new plan of consuming carbs only on Sundays post-training and Monday. I'm ready to get this cut over with and get back to progressing with my performance in preparation for Basic. I'm frustrated that this cut has hurt my performance. Now I now why some MMA fighters aren't that cut up. I'd probably be doing more pushups now if I had never started the cut.

That being said, hopefully I'm putting myself in a position to progress even further than I would have if I were still weighing 10 more lbs, and I'd be lying if I said that looks weren't involved as well.
