Squat PR is coming Tuesday, not stepping out from that rack until I get 5 good reps at 120kg. I reckon 125x5kg for deadlift is coming too and hopefully more.
Getting some funny looks at my gym because my workout is completely different to everyone in there. I don't touch machines and rarely even use dumbbells. In seven months I have been there, I have seen maybe one or two guys deadlift and witnessed no one do 140kg squat for reps with decent form. Even cleans and push presses are alien!
