Breakfast: had to skip to attend an "emergency" in the lab.
Lunch: @ 1:00pm 1 lbs chicken wings. salad.
Dinner: @ 8:00pm Masala Dosas, lamb kebabs, Reisling (dinner, courtesy of a colleague - great to have such co-workers)
Bedtime: @ 2:30am whey and milk
